Congenital heart disease is the most frequent manifestation of major group, while microcephaly is the most frequent manifestation of minor group in children who investigated as suspected cases of congenital rubella syndrome. The incidence of CRS per year is 0.03 per 1,000 live births. This study concluded that CRS surveillance in Prof. Dr. I. G. N. G. Ngoerah Hospital had achieved the Indonesia national target of CRS surveillance and can demonstrate the effectiveness of Rubella immunization program in Bali.

Journal ID : AMJ-01-03-2023-11265; Author : Armin Manninriang, Syamsuar Manyullei, Agus Bintara Birawida, Erniwati Ibrahim, Ansariadi, Suriah,
Abstract : Leptospirosis, which is caused by Leptospira sp., is a zoonotic bacterial disease that is important for human and animal health, spreads globally and has the potential to become an epidemic that occurs mainly in countries with tropical climates and high rainfall. In Indonesia, the incidence of leptospirosis is quite high compared to cases of leptospirosis fatality rates range from 2.5 to 16.45%. Wajo District is a flood-prone area that has high rainfall, so it is very at risk of leptospirosis. The purpose of the study was to determine how environmental health education interventions affected public motivation and awareness of Leptospirosis in Wajo District, South Sulawesi Province's flood-prone districts. This study used a quasi design experiment with pre - test and post-test group approaches. The population in this study is the people of Mattirotappareng Village and Laelo Village, Tempe District, Wajo Regency. Sampling used purposive sampling criteria and was calculated using the Lemeshow formula which was then divided into the intervention group and the control group. The sample used was 96 respondents consisting of 48 respondents for each intervention group and the control group with an additional reserve of 10% so that the sample for each group was 53 respondents. The research instrument uses a validated questionnaire, the data that has been collected is then analyzed using a comparative test. According to the results of Wilcoxon test hypothesis testing, only the control group showed significant differences in the awareness aspect; however, for the motivational component, both the intervention group and the control group showed significant differences both before and after treatment. Educating people about environmental health will help them become more motivated and aware of the need to prevent Leptospirosis. The results of the study show that public awareness only increased in the Mattirotappareng Village. In contrast to motivation, there has been an increase in the community in the Mattirotappareng and Laelo Villages.

Relationship between Diagnosis and Mortality in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Journal ID : AMJ-28-02-2023-11261; Author : Ardi Pramono, Akhmad Syaiful Fatah Hussain, Basuki Rahmad, Cindy Wieke Putri,
Abstract : The intensive care unit (ICU) is a special treatment room for patients with life-threatening illnesses, has sophisticated equipment, and costs a lot. The reasons for admitting patients to the ICU are varied, including trauma, respiratory failure, myocardial infarction, heart failure, sepsis and septic shock, renal failure, postoperative care, and chemical poisoning. There is a shift in disease that causes death. The number of patients with poisoning and haematological disorders and cancer increased, while gastrointestinal diseases and respiratory disorders decreased with the mortality rate unchanged. This disease shift is very useful for the development of personnel and equipment resources in the ICU. This study aims to find the relationship between diagnosis and subjects who died in the ICU so that it can be used as a reference for action and treatment for subjects with related diagnoses. In this study, 107 dead and alive subjects in the ICU at Wirosaban Hospital were taken randomly from medical records in 2022. Variable data found in patients who died in the ICU were then compared to living subjects and statistically analysis using bivariate chi square analysis to see the significant relationship statistically significant (p<0.05). The results showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between the diagnoses of septic shock, hypertension, heart problems, and kidney failure on death in the ICU. In this study, it was not seen whether the subject had 1 or more diagnoses that were interrelated with the subject's condition. Further research is still needed to look for variables that influence the death of subjects such as laboratory results and actions given to subjects in the Wirosaban Yogyakarta Hospital ICU other than based on diagnosis.

The study involved a sample of 308 tourists and 30 local residents near a tourist village location during the new normal period amid the Covid-19 pandemic. By using descriptive statistical, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis, this study proved: (1) the Perceived sustainability score was 80.18% which fell in the “adequate” category, indicating that Tourism villages in Gorontalo Province was perceived as “less than optimal” due to economic and environmental aspects that tourism managers must address; (2) Green Tourism had an insignificant positive effect on Perceived sustainability in Tourism Villages in Gorontalo Province; (3) Green Tourism had a positive and significant effect on interest in revisiting the Tourism Village in Gorontalo Province; (4) Perceived sustainability had a negative and significant effect on interest in revisiting the Tourism Village in Gorontalo Province; (5) Electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) had a positive and significant effect on interest in revisiting the Tourism Village in Gorontalo Province; (6) Green Tourism through perceived sustainability had an insignificant negative effect on the interest in revisiting the Tourism Village in Gorontalo Province; (7) Moderation of e-WOM on the influence of Green Tourism on the interest of returning to tourist villages in Gorontalo Province was positive, but not significant; (8) Moderation of e-WOM on the effect of perceived sustainability on intention to revisiting the tourism site was negative, but not significant. On the theoretical aspect, the Green Tourism-based marketing strategy model is recommended to use as a source of study in the Village Tourism Marketing Management Concept. On the empirical aspect, on the other hand, the model can be utilized for further research focusing on empowering existing resources in rural tourism.
