The results showed that the mean value of the media influence of the local language quartet on the mental health of adolescents in extrovert personality (p = 0.000), and there was a comparison of the effectiveness of the treatment group with the control group of (p = 0.004). The intervention in the treatment group was more effective than the intervention in the control group. It was concluded that the local language quartet media was more effective in increasing adolescents' knowledge in the process of changing behavior for the better due to the cultural and environmental factors of the language used daily, making it easier to interact. It is suggested that the school improve the quality of character education for students through learning planning strategies using media to see their activeness from the impact of media on adolescent mental health in their social environment. their activeness from the impact of media on adolescent mental health in their social environment.

Journal ID : AMJ-03-03-2023-11273; Author : Delfi, Barii Hafidh Pramono,
Abstract : Toxic Anterior Segment Syndrome (TASS) is an acute and noninfectious inflammation of the anterior segment. Most cases have been reported as occurring after cataract surgery. Anterior segment inflammation usually occurs within 12-48 hours after surgery, and the symptoms include decreased visual acuity, increased intraocular pressure, corneal edema, anterior chamber (AC) inflammation, fibrin formation, hypopyon, and fixed pupils. The vitreous body is not infected in this syndrome. A 66-years-old male patient came to USU Hospital Medan with chief complaint increased pain and decreased visual acuity. He previously underwent cataract surgery two weeks ago and did not have regular follow up. On examination, the visual acuity was hand movement (OS). Slit-lamp biomicroscopy of the left eye showed hyperemia conjunctiva, minimal edema cornea, and membrane in pupil. On B-scan ultrasonography showed within normal limits. A diagnosis of Toxic Anterior Segment Syndrome was made on left eye. The patient was also immediately administered intracameral moxifloxacin prepared by dilution 0.5 ml, membranectomy and sphincterectomy. This patient was diagnosed with Toxic Anterior Segment Syndrome and treated with membranectomy, sphincterectomy and intracameral moxifloxacin.

Journal ID : AMJ-02-03-2023-11271; Author : Widyanti Soewoto, Monica Bellynda,
Abstract : In the world, breast c cancer is the most frequently found cancer case in women. The number of new cases in 2020 reached 2.261.419 (24.5%), GLOBOCAN (Global Cancer Incidence, Mortality, and Prevalence) 2020, 65.858 (30.8%) and GLOBOCAN Indonesia 65.858 (16.6%) in all ages. It is the most common cause of death among women and the second most deadly cancer in developed countries after lung cancer. Pregnancy-Associated Breast Cancer (PABC) is defined as carcinoma that is diagnosed during pregnancy or within one year of postpartum. This study aims to find out the profile of PABC at Moewardi Surakarta Hospital. Due to its high progress, PABC requires special treatment, diagnosis, and therapeutic measures. This descriptive study used PABC patient medical record data from 2016 to 2022. The results showed that there were 12 PABC cases. The highest group was obtained from the age range of 30 to 39 years, 8 patients (66.6%), ages 40 to 49, 3 patients (25%), and ages 20 to 29, 1 patient (8.3%). PABC cases found in the second trimester of pregnancy were 4 patients (33.4%), in the third trimester were 5 patients (41.6%), in the first trimester were 2 patients (16.7%), and in the postpartum was one patient (16.7%). Regarding the parity history, 2 patients (16.6%) were uniparous, while 10 patients (83.3%) were multiparous. Furthermore, 12 patients (100%) were non-smokers. The family history of 3 patients (25%) was positive, while the other 9 patients (75%) were negative. There were 5 patients (41.7%) who had hormonal birth control history of more than 3 months. In terms of stage assessment, 8 patients (66.6%) had LABC (Locally Advanced Breast Cancer), and 4 patients (33.4%) had EABC (Early Advanced Breast Cancer). Open Biopsies were done on all of the patients with histopathological results. After the biopsies, it was known that 10 patients (83.3%) were with Ductal Invasive Carcinoma, 1 patient (8.3%) with Lobular Invasive Carcinoma, and 1 patient (8.3%) with Angiosarcoma. Concerning the histopathology Grade, 2 patients (16.6%) belonged to grade II, 6 patients (50%) belonged to grade III, and 3 patients (25%) belonged to grade II/III. Regarding the results of IHC (Immuno histo chemistry), 5 patients (41.6%) had luminal B, 3 patients (25%) had luminal A, 2 patients (16.7%) had Her2 +, and 1 patient (8.3%) had TNBC (Triple-Negative Breast Cancer). A total of 3 patients (25%) performed Modified Radical Mastectomy, 4 patients (33.3%) performed Modified Radical Mastectomy + Chemotherapy, 3 patients (25%) performed Adjuvant Chemotherapy, and 2 patients (16.7%) performed only biopsy without treatment. The progressiveness of PABC can be seen from the large percentage of patients who come in at an advanced stage.

Journal ID : AMJ-02-03-2023-11269; Author : Mikael Stevan Jodjana, Gusti Ayu Putu Nilawati, Bagus Ngurah Mahakrishna, I Made Karma Setiyawan,
Abstract : High blood pressure can cause damage to essential organs such as the heart, kidneys, brain, eyes and others. Regular physical exercise has been linked to improved health indicators including blood pressure and weight, while a lack of it has been linked to an increase in both blood pressure and the risk of cardiovascular disease in later life. This research was conducted with a cross-sectional design to know the relationship between physical activity and the blood pressure in orphanage children in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia. All twelve orphanages in Denpasar were include in this study. Subjects were checked for blood pressure at the time of measurement. The instruments used to measure physical activity in the last seven days were the PAQ-C/A (Physical Activity Questionnaire-Children/Adolescent) questionnaire. Subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were included in the study. Subjects were recruited consecutively and met the study criteria of 177 people. Physical activity assessment with PAC showed that most subjects had moderate-high physical activity (87%), and only (13%) of subjects had low physical activity. Based on the prevalence risk (PR) value to assess the magnitude of the risk of hypertension in children with physical activity, it was found that low physical activity had a PR value of 12.275 (95% CI = 5.026 to 29.983). Low physical activity is a risk factor for increased blood pressure in children.

This study uses case control study design. The case population is individuals who have been infected Covid-19 and the control population is those who have never been infected with Covid-19. A sample of 55 cases and 55 controls, selected by purposive sampling. Data analysis with univariate, bivariate and multivariate and odds ratios through cross tabulation with logistic regression test. Research results show. Bivariate analysis, compliance with staying away from crowds (OR 58.75 CI95% 16.05 - 234.66), adherence to washing hands at parties (OR 104.125 CI95% 24.37-500.45), adherence to wearing masks (OR 29.26 CI95% 9.22 – 100.21), adherence to physical distancing (OR 32.31 CI95% 9.74 – 120.62), limiting mobility (OR 47.97 CI95% 13.87-176.33). Multivariate analysis showed variabled most at risk for the incidence of Covid-19 was limiting mobility when gathering with an OR value of 3.871 (95%CI: 2.739-5.002).
