Abstract : Electronic gadgets (EG) technology was increasing globally over a period of time. Same time some hidden long-term hazards can be seen in young age group students. It could be due to the prolonged use of EG and lack of maturity about the optimum use of EG. The objective of the study is to determine demographic factors, health hazards among the users of electronic gadgets, and their associations with the duration of EG use. A cross-sectional study was conducted among the selected schools and colleges in Qassim province during the period of 1 year. As per the Openepi sample size calculator, the sample size estimate was 385. Selection of the students in the schools or colleges by simple random sampling method was used. Necessary statistical tests were applied like simple proportions, chi-square, and ANOVA tests. The study population's mean age and standard deviation were 19.85 ± 3.21 years. An almost equal percentage of males (50.2%) and females have participated and the response rate in the study mentioned as 82.3% (317/385). In relation to morbidity factors, 13.9% (n-44) of study participants had sleep disturbance, depression 1.9% (n-6), headache, and eye problems 3.8% (n-12). The average duration of E gadgets use and standard deviation (SD) was 6.00 hours ± 1.73 and females were using 0.448 hours less time E-gadgets use comparatively males. Duration of EG use was significantly associated with participants having sleep disturbance (P<0.05). Based on the findings, the mean duration of the E gadgets use was a little more, and also the duration of E gadgets use increases the BMI. EG technology is inevitable and balance in EG use to minimize health hazards. Need similar studies to substantiate the present study findings. Primordial prevention strategies are to be strengthened at schools and colleges to prevent further health hazards.

Advantages of prognostic score systems in assessing acute acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding
Journal ID : AMJ-06-06-2023-11525; Author : Nikolay Tsonev, Denitsa Gashkova, Dimitar Notev, Elena Ivanova,
Abstract : Acute lower gastrointestinal bleeding (LGIB) is a common complication of gastrointestinal diseases and occupies an important place in the clinical practice as a major medico-social problem. Although its self-limiting nature, there is a certain percentage of cases with mortality. In order to improve the diagnostic and therapeutic process and the financial cost of this part of emergency in gastroenterology is necessary to arrange adequate stratification of risk groups and their differentiation from patients without the need for hospitalization. In recent years, there are developing many prognostic systems for assessing the risk among patients with lower gastrointestinal bleeding. One of the newest and important systems with great potential is Oakland, whose main positives are its simplified components, the appropriate use before endoscopic procedure or the initiation of conservative therapy.

An In Silico Study Anti-Inflammatory of Active Compound of Ramania Leaves Extract (Bouea macrophylla Griffith) Against Angiopoietin-2
Journal ID : AMJ-05-06-2023-11524; Author : Irham Taufiqurrahman, Isyana Erlita, Mira Hadistina, Juliyatin Putri Utami, Andi Zulkifli, Veni Hadju, Eko Suhartono, Muhammad Irpan Hendrawan,
Abstract : Traumatic Dental Injury (TDI) is a trauma that occurs when the hard and soft tissues of the oral cavity receive an impact. The prevalence of traumatic dental injury (TDI) experienced at all ages touched the percentage of 20%. According to Petti and colleagues, the prevalence of TDI in primary teeth is higher than in permanent teeth. The prevalence of TDI worldwide by bibliometric analysis in 1999-2018 touched the percentage of 6%-59%. To determine the active compound binding of Bouea macrophylla G. (ramania) as an anti-inflammatory by inhibiting the protein angiopoietin-2 (Ang-2) in silico. Experimental design through in silico method. Methyl ricinoleate compound has RMSD (Root Mean Square Deviation) value of 0 and negative binding affinity value, hydrogen bonding, and the same residue as the comparison ligand, atorvastatin. All active compounds of Bouea macrophylla G. has passed the drug likeness test with Lipinski's Rule parameters. Based on the results of the ADMET test, it is known that the absorption of methyl ricinoelate compounds can be absor bed well, the absorption of Caco-2 cells is the highest compared to the 9 active compounds of Bouea macrophylla G. and atorvastatin, the volume of distribution and total clearance is better than atorvastatin, does not inhibit CYP50, is not mutagenic, carcinogenic, and not hepatotoxic, has lower Oral Rate Acute Toxicity (LD50) and Oral Rate Chronic Toxicity (LOAEL) values compared to atorvastatin. Methyl ricinoloeate can potentially be an anti-inflammatory drug through the inhibition of Ang-2.

Analysis Hospitals of Inpatient Utilization for National Health Insurance (JKN) Patients in Indonesia
Journal ID : AMJ-05-06-2023-11523; Author : Andi Afdal Abdullah, Pujiyanto, Budi Hidayat,
Abstract : Utilization of service health is increasing. The existence of health facilities affects the utilization of service health. Inequality in the distribution of health facilities causes a buildup of patients in certain health facilities. This study aimed to analyze the disparities and determinants associated with hospital inpatient utilization in Indonesia. This study analyzed secondary data from the 2016-2019 BPJS Health database. Univariate analysis to identify the distribution of hospitals in Indonesia, the dependent variable: hospitalization utilization rate; independent variables: gender, age, education, income, number of family members, average hospitalization costs, proportion of referrals from FKTP, readmission rate and history of non-communicable diseases. Bivariate analysis to see the correlation between variable independent with dependent. Multivariate analysis to see the effect of independent variables on variables depends on analyzing convergence speed between regions. The results show that the 2016-2019 trend data for the number of hospitals has yet to see a large shift in the number. The number of hospitals is more concentrated in Java, with the largest number of hospitals compared to other islands. Variables with a strong correlation with hospitalization rates, namely: university education, readmission rate, and chronic non-communicable diseases. The convergence test between regions shows that the gap in RITL rates between regions decreases at 110.9% annually. Increased rates do not follow the addition of hospitals in places that are difficult to reach.

The Influence of Bundo Kanduang Empowerment on Level of Knowledge and Motivation of Women of Reproductive Age (WRA) in Midwife Care Continuity of Care (CoC)
Journal ID : AMJ-03-06-2023-11521; Author : Rafika Oktova, Yulizawati Yulizawati, Henni Fitria,
Abstract : Bundo Kanduang will related interventions midwifery care with the continuity of care (CoC) then will provide promotive and persuasive information to women of reproductive age. In addition, the formation of regulations in the health sector, especially continuity of care midwifery services based on local wisdom in West Sumatra, pioneered by Bundo Kanduang. In this research, we aimed to study the effect of Bundo Kanduang Empowerment on the Level of Knowledge and Motivation of Women of Reproductive Age (WUS) in Midwifery continuity of care (CoC) care. This study used a pre-experimental type with a one group pre-test and post-test design. The method used is in the form of health education intervention activities using video media. The sample was determined using the Lameshow formula as many as 95 women of reproductive age. The research instrument is a questionnaire. The analysis used was the Willcoxon test with a significance level (CI = 95%) and an α value of 5% or 0.05. The results of the statistical test showed that the knowledge of Bundo Kanduang (p=0.024), the motivation of Bundo Kanduang (p=0.003), the actions of Bundo Kanduang (0.026), the knowledge of women reproductive age (0.000), the motivation of women reproductive age (0.000) and the actions of women reproductive age (0.000). Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of providing continuity of care health education using video media on knowledge, motivation, and actions of bundo kanduang as well as knowledge, motivation, and actions of women of reproductive age.
