Analysis of Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Failure Modes at PT. Gapura Angkasa Makassar

Abstract : This research aimed to identify and detect each existing failure mode based on probability and severity and provide solutions using the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) method. A company known as PT. Gapura Angkasa in Sultan Hasanuddin Airport was used, which has hundreds of workers in the Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Division, and its operation is fraught with danger and risk.
