Comparative study between External and Internal Lateral Osteotomy in Rhinoplasty

Abstract : To conduct a comparative study between internal Lateral Osteotomy (linear transmucosal) and external Lateral Osteotomy (percutaneous) bony biopsy in rhinoplasty with the aim of choosing the optimal method that suits the patient's condition.
