Atypical Prostatic Stromal Sarcoma Presented With T2WI Central Heterogeneous Hyperintense Lesion Showing Peripheral Zone & Peri Prostatic Fat Invasion :a case report.

A Histological and Radiographical Comparison Between Split-bone block and Cortico-Cancellous Block Graft Utilized for Horizontal Ridge Augmentation

Abstract : This randomized clinical trial evaluated the histological and radiographical characteristics of bone regeneration after horizontal alveolar ridge augmentation using two different surgical approaches.
