Abstract : Post-colonoscopy intussusception is a very rare phenomenon. A systematic search on PubMed found only twelve cases reported so far. The common presentation of such cases included abdominal pain and tenderness mostly in right lower quadrant and epigastrium area. The most common management of these cases included laparoscopic reduction and conservative (four cases each). The current report presents one more case of intussusception following a colonoscopy which presented with severe right lower abdominal pain and a computed tomography scan confirmed the diagnosis of ileocolic intussusception. The case was managed conservatively and intussusception was resolved without any invasive procedure.
