This study aims to reveal the results of the needs analysis on the development of classroom innovation models to enhance student convenience in learning. The approach Method and Type of research used is Research and Development (Research and Development: R & D) using Bord and Gall's development concept. The data analysis techniques used to process the data are content analysis and descriptive analysis. This study indicates that creating learning convenience is necessary to make breakthroughs in managing learning process facilities. The objective is to increase convenience in the teaching and learning process by integrating outdoor and indoor classes in classes that collaborate with nature, and free air collaborates with beautiful gardens.
