Abstract : Cervical cancer is the third leading cause of death among at-risk reproductive women in Malaysia. This study was to find out the level of knowledge about cervical cancer among urban and rural women. The study involved women aged between 30 and 65 years. The design of this comparative study was conducted to compare the level of cervical cancer knowledge among urban and rural women. The sampling method uses a probability sampling method based on sampling criteria and sample exclusion criteria. The IBM Corp.'s 2013 Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20 software was used to analyse the data in this study. The results show that the percentage of this knowledge is good for urban and rural women on the east coast of Malaysia.
