Periosteum Preservation Approach In Endoscopic Sinus Surgery Before Subantral Bone Augmentation

Abstract : To evaluate the effect of periosteum preservation approach in endoscopic sinus surgery on subantral bone augmentation in patients with the maxillary sinus pathology.
